Quality management

We supply well-known brand companies with about 350 million articles per year. To guarantee consistently high quality, Seidel has integrated a quality management system. The aim of this system is to demonstrably ensure that quality requirements for products and processes are identified and met from inquiry to delivery. High customer satisfaction ensures long-term business success.

 

The system lived by all employees is based on the idea of personal responsibility and is binding. We ensure continuous improvement of products and processes, which increases efficiency for our customers. The quality management system is based on the DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 standard and we are certified according to this standard. The ongoing review of the quality management system ensures compliance with this standard. It basically applies to all orders as a minimum requirement. In addition, we can also implement extensive customer requirements within the framework of our QM system.
